Order Policies

Verified orders of OTWE videos are shipped within 1 day. If you do not receive yours within one week, please contact us so we can trace the order.

We use USPS or Fedex for shipping. You may request a different shipper (additional fees may apply).

Returns must be approved prior to shipping them back to us. Satisfaction is guaranteed. We will cheerfully exchange or refund items that are not satisfactory. Returns must be in salable condition unless the item is being returned due to damage in transit. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns not due to damage.
